Remarks

differs from Decatopecten radula griggi (Webb, 1957) from the northern coast of Western Australia by the surface of the valves:

	Decatopecten radula radula surface rather smooth with some radial grooves on the ribs
	Decatopecten radula griggi surface very rough with strong concentric ridges on the ribs
